In the end, they determined that sleep problems run rampant during the month of love, with most respondents also complaining about daily fatigue associated with getting less sleep.
What’s the Reason?
While they don’t know for sure, the British researchers believe that February sleep difficulties may be related to less sunlight due to shorter days. They also suggested that home heating systems may negatively impact sleep by altering the body’s natural temperatures.
